As s result of the phenomenal growth of IT, such as virtual reality and augmented reality, has been used in trade show to provide a differentiated service. The goal of this study was to find how the on-site usage with IT leads to attendees` satisfaction based on product intelligency theory. We investigate the applicability of attributes` product intelligence to measure on-site usage in trade show, and manifest its effect though relative advantage to satisfaction of participation in exhibition. Besides on-site usage`s effect, on-site usage`s effect, the role of overall effectiveness about the exhibition has been investigated in this study. We try to find the mechanism influence to satisfaction of attendees with overall effectiveness as well as IT usage of exhibition onsite.
