This study aims to investigate tourism preparedness of incentive tourism and provide improvement plans for tourism preparedness.

The study conducted on-site surveys from January to December 2014 and collected 1,452 valid samples for analysis. In order to derive the results, revised IPA suggested by Deng(2007), was used and the results are shown in the 4 quadrant. In the first quadrant, ¡®safety¡¯, ¡®accommodation¡¯, ¡®Tourism information service¡¯ were located. Next ¡®shopping¡¯, ¡®nightlife¡¯, ¡®food & beverage¡¯, ¡®attraction¡¯ were located in the fourth quadrant which should be urgently improved. The implications are presented based on the items in the first and fourth quadrants.

This study is meaningful in that it investigates tourism preparedness and suggests implications. For further research the variable in each quadrant can be investigated in-depth to suggest solutions.
