The number of international tourist arrivals in 2015 reached 1.1billion world wide and by 2030 it is expected to increase continuously reaching 1.8 billion. In particular, Asia and the Pacific region is recording 4.9% growth yearly and the global market shares of the region is expected to grow from 22% in 2010 to 30% by 2030. According to the World Travel & Tourism Council(WTTC), Travel&Tourism¡¯s contribution to world economy accounts for 10% of world GDP(US$7.6 trillion) and
one in 11 of all jobs in the world are supported by Travel&Tourism(UNWTO,2016). In spite of the significance of the tourism industry, few or no study and research on how consumption related to tourism have an impact on the tourism, other industries and the entire economy had been conducted. Therefore, the study aims to examine the current state and suggest policy implications for future tourism policy of the government by analyzing current TSA statistics on the recent report of
