This research mainly aims to understand the influence of participants' satisfaction and behavior intention. And it has been founded what kind of effect exists between Incentive travel participants when it was seen separately by China and ASEAN. Besides it also provided clues about how to enhance the satisfaction of participants and improve Incentive tourism preparedness. The result is as followings. This research employed an exploratory factor analysis in order to secure a validity of the construct on motivations to visit to exhibitions. First, according to the analysis of this research, there are two factors, including 'Access and hospitality', 'Charm and Comfort.' Second, it was found that there was no difference between the participants from China and ASEAN in the influence of the satisfaction of Incentive tourism preparedness on behavioral intention. This study has tried a new approach to a comparative study about whether there is any difference and causal relationship in the satisfaction of Incentive tourism preparedness and behavior intention depending on nationality. In addition, based on the results of the difference between the participants from China and ASEAN, this study has respectively presented effective tourism policy and marketing strategy according to there characteristics and needs. |
