This research investigated correlation between casino business organizational culture and impersonal supervision to confirm the influence therebetween. For this, the researcher conducted a survey targeting the employees who were working in casino business in Jeju, and applied data of 225 of them to analysis.
As the research results, it was confirmed that the four patterns of organizational culture, i.e. relation-oriented, innovation-oriented, rank-oriented, task-oriented culture influenced impersonal supervision, and impersonal supervision influenced relation-oriented, innovation-oriented, rank-oriented culture of organizational culture.
Based on the above research results, this research suggested an implication that it is important to establish organizational culture of the organization and members through a positive leadership, not the negative leadership as impersonal supervision, and let the members feel attachment and stability to the organization in order to help amicable settlement of conflict between the organizational members and raise organization efficiency, the aim of the organization.
