The study explores the effects on technical, individual, social characteristics on perceived usefulness and enjoyment as well as intention to use of tourism information application. In order to perform this study, a research model including technical(information quality, system quality), individual(self-efficacy and innovation), social(social impact) characteristics was proposed. A survey was conducted from June 1 to July 20, 2012. A total of 410 questionnaires were collected. Excluding missing questionnaires, 332 usable questionnaires were analyzed. The results of this study are as follows. Firstly, technical characteristics had a positive effect on perceived usefulness and enjoyment but information quality had no effect perceived enjoyment. Secondly, individual characteristics had a positive effect on perceived usefulness and enjoyment but self-efficacy had no effect perceived enjoyment. thirdly, social impact had a positive effect on use to intention but had no effect on perceived usefulness fifthly, perceived usefulness and enjoyment had a positive effect on use to intention but perceived usefulness had no effect perceived enjoyment.
