Corporate meetings have not been sufficiently investigated despite their impact on the convention industry due to various difficulties. This study focuses on participants by exploring their experience at meetings, perceived performance, and behavioral intention after meetings. Participants are the most important stakeholders as they are the end users of corporate meeting services. This paper tries to understand the correlations between participation experience, participation performance, and behavioral intention of corporate meeting participants using canonical correlation analysis. It is to understand the behaviors of participants and provide organizers insights to raise registration rates. Target samples of this study were corporate employees who had participated in corporate meetings held in Korea within the previous six months. Of the 310 surveys returned, excluding 14 which were found to be inappropriate, 296 were found to be valid to be analyzed as samples. The results showed that there are canonical correlations between participation experience and participation performance, participation experience and behavioral intention, and participation performance and behavioral intention. The research findings obtained may be used to provide empirical insights to corporate meeting planners to develop corporate conference programs to meet the business needs of corporate participants. Further discussions and implications are provided in the conclusion.
