This study researched convention destination identity, which influences visiting value and loyalty. Based on the literature review, convention destination identity recognition is essential to improve visiting value and loyalty. It is important to investigate which factors of identity recognition affect convention participants more toward visiting value and loyalty. Through the literature review, the measurement of each concept was developed and revised for the survey. Target samples of this study were foreigners who had visited Seoul to attend conventions in 2016. Analyzing 308 samples, EFA, CFA, and SEM were done. The results show that competitive and natural view factors had an effect on visiting value. Moreover, convention destination visiting value influenced loyalty. Further discussion issues and implications are provided in the conclusion.
