The purpose of this study is to examine the impacts of expectation-confirmation, affective involvement and perceived usefulness on visitors' satisfaction and behavioral intention at the exhibition setting. We also empirically verify the mediating roles of perceived usefulness between affective involvement, visitors' satisfaction and behavioral intention. In this study, we applied the expectation–confirmation theory to hypothesize a theoretical model to explain and predict the visitors¡¯ satisfaction and intentions. The sample data were collected from 363 visitors of 'EXPO KCCE' in 2014 to explain and verify the hypotheses. The hypotheses were tested through path analysis. The followings are the findings of the study. First, expectation-confirmation, affective involvement and perceived usefulness of exhibition experience turned out to have a positive effect on satisfaction and behavioral intention. Second, perceived usefulness turned out the mediating roles between affective involvement, satisfaction and behavioral intention. The implications of our empirical findings for both research and practice were discussed.
