The findings of the study were as follows: the overall satisfaction of destinations was found to increase more than the average rate of 4.0, and aside from subsidiary facilities and tourist attractions, 13 factors were statistically different based on the destination attendees' satisfaction. Seoul had the highest satisfaction mark amongst the three MICE cities, whereas the satisfaction for Jeju was in the middle. Busan had a mix of both high levels and low levels of satisfaction.
