The purpose of this study was to identify the satisfaction and to develop improvement plans through camping attributes using Revised IPA (Importance-Performance Analysis). To achieve the purpose, ¡°Fair-Camping of Gyeonggi Province ¡± was selected in 2015. The survey was conducted for 2 weeks, 786 sample were collected. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. First, ¡®Kindness of employees¡¯, ¡®Property of entrance fee¡¯ and ¡®accessibility of camp site¡¯ were indicated high score and ¡®installation of camp equipment and items¡¯, ¡®additional facilities(ground, snack store etc.)¡¯ and ¡®experience about natural activity¡¯ were indicated low score in satisfaction. Second, ¡®Safety¡¯ was located in quadrant of 3 in IP Matrix. It is considered that awareness of campers who participated in ¡°Fair-Camping¡± was lacked about ¡®Safety¡¯. Finally, ¡®activities with other campers¡¯, ¡®experience about natural activity¡¯ were indicated high importance and low satisfaction. |
