ÃÊ·Ï : The purpose of the study was to identify the relationships among motivation, perceived value and behavioral intention. From the literature review, the measurement of visitors' motivation, perceived value and behavioral intention were discussed. In total, 421 cases were analyzed by Namhansanseong Fortress which are located in Gyeonggi-do. The result of the study are follows, it showed that friendly, escape, playfulness and novelty motivations positively and significantly influenced perceived value. Also pleasing value contributed more strongly to behavioral intention than functional value. The findings of the study are expected to provide theoretical and practical implications for sustainable tourism. More theoretical and practical implication were discussed in the conclusion section.
