The purpose of this study was to draw the CSV in convention industry and investigated the relationships between expectation and behavior intention. The data was collected from 188 convention experts who are currently working more than a year for convention-related organization such as Government, CVBs, DMOs, Convention Centers, PCOs PEOs, Hotels, travel agencies and so on. Result of the study, CSV in convention industry tended to partly effect industrial expectation, regional expectation and business organized expectation. Also, These expectations partly influenced behavior intention. It is meaningful that this study presents academical backgrounds and directions for activities of CSV in convention industry. However, concepts of CSV values needs to develop more specific in the following study because this study has shown simple result as the beginning of the CSV in convention industry. |
