 ÃÊ·Ï  Considering the high level of dependency on PCOs¡¯ competency for successful convention host and management, the main purpose of this study is to apply organizational culture-psychological capital¡¯ theoretical framework and to validate the relationships in the PCOs setting. The study results show that most constructs of psychological capital have a positive effect on organizational culture. We expect that this study can broaden human resource literature and can provide practical implications for effective human resource management in convention settings.
