This research is intended to search for applicable indicators of reducing carbon emission through all phrases in the tourist complex planning and measures for it in order to realize the low-carbon green tourism in aspect of tourist complex planning with regard to the low-carbon green growth which is recently highlighted as a global interest. This study figured out total 132 planning indicators on 5 dimensions such as 'sustainable land use', 'green transport system', 'Self sufficient energy', 'water source management', and 'low-carbon green tourism management' which should be introduced for planning Saemangeum Tourist Complex responding to Climate change through the process of analysis on literatures and cases, delphi technique, and expert FGI. In addition, 132 planning indicators including 55 core indicators and 77 advisory indicators are classified according to phrase.
According to the result of this research, the core indicators are shown as 'creating greenbelt', 'creating conservation area', etc. on 'sustainable land use', 'pedestrian network', 'introducing low-carbon high-efficiency transportation', etc. on 'green transport system','disseminating natural gas', 'green roof', 'natural lighting and high-efficiency shading divice', 'New-renewable energy application', etc. on 'Self sufficient energy', 'improving the water quality and stream flow enlargement', 'self purification system', etc. on 'water source management', etc. 'tax benefits', 'connection with local industry', etc. on 'low-carbon green tourism management'. |
